This is achieved through a rigorous, holistic, thorough training method and course structure developed for the specific needs of the local dancer, in line with international standards. The JCDC prides itself of a highly qualified and experienced teaching faculty. Regular courses, student exchanges and assessments are held with various collaborating professional dance institutions, dancers and teachers from abroad in order to give the local students the opportunity to develop their skills further and to be able to compare to an international level. Students graduating from the school have embarked in professional careers with companies overseas.
