Sorry guys but I am experiencing the worse nightmare ever, last April we ordered a custom made spare bedroom with their sales person Italo Sultana. He was very kind at that point but after having to wait more than 3 months for the delivery it took another 3 weeks or so for delivery, the day when they delivery the furniture the installers came without their full tool box so at that point I gave them all the tool they need. after they installed it It results that there was missing parts that we have paid for it as well the finish was rubbish and not fall under any standards. till date i.e. from April 2018 to end August 2018 I am still waiting for Arnold to arrange an appointment to resolve all this mess, by the way all the payments have been made unfortunately. They are not reliable at all no mater all the adverts on the TV and so on. I have all the photos and document filed for future reference. I will be filling all this to MCCA Malta.
